Acceptable use
Use PathTend with permission and keep customer information protected.
Agreement version 2026-10-13.2
Use within your authority
Add websites and connect accounts only when you own them or have permission to perform the selected work. Respect access restrictions, robots rules and the connected platform’s terms. Do not use PathTend to bypass authentication, probe private networks, evade rate limits or access another workspace’s records.
Keep information appropriate
Do not upload stolen data, credentials, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not impersonate another person, invent consent or use the service to mislead customers. Do not distribute malicious code, use stolen credentials, interfere with availability or misrepresent an association with PathTend or Vpulance LLC. Keep permissions and contact preferences accurate.
Responsible security reporting
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to getpathtend@gmail.com with a concise description and minimal, non-sensitive evidence. Reporting a concern is not authorization to probe other users’ accounts, exploit a vulnerability, copy or change data, disrupt service or perform load tests. Ask for written scope and permission before active testing. We assess reports and may request more information; we do not promise a bounty or a response deadline.
No abusive messaging
Do not use the service for spam, harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging. A publicly listed address does not, by itself, give permission for a campaign. Respect opt-outs and obtain the permissions required for the recipients and channel involved.
Review actions before approval
Check recipients, scope, evidence and proposed changes before approving an external action. Do not request deceptive test purchases, false reviews or fabricated results. A result should describe what was actually observed.
Report a problem
If you notice suspicious access, unintended data exposure or misuse, contact getpathtend@gmail.com. Describe the issue without sending passwords, secret keys or unnecessary personal information. Access may be restricted while an issue is investigated. These rules form part of the Terms of service.
