Billing & cancellation
Understand recurring plans, cancellation and billing help.
Billing help
Effective October 13, 2026. This page explains how to manage billing. The Terms of service contain the subscription, introductory offer, cancellation and refund policy.
Before you subscribe
Check the selected plan, included website and customer-path limits, checking frequency, currency, total charge, billing period, tax information and renewal conditions. An annual total and a monthly total are different commitments. The terms displayed at checkout must match the actual subscription.
Managing a subscription
Open Plans & billing and choose Manage subscription to access the provider’s billing portal. Available controls may include invoices, payment methods and cancellation. Keep the cancellation confirmation and its effective date. If the portal is unavailable or the option you need is missing, contact getpathtend@gmail.com with your account email and invoice or subscription reference. Never email full card details.
Cancellation and account data
Canceling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the end of the current paid period. Keep the confirmation and its access end date. Canceling billing does not automatically delete your account or workspace records; use Account & data for a separate deletion request. Downgrades or an inactive subscription can restrict paid features.
Billing concerns
See the refund policy in the Terms of service. If a charge is incorrect, contact getpathtend@gmail.com with the invoice reference and a short explanation. Never include your full card number or security code.
Changes and additional work
A support request for campaign review, lead-delivery testing or other separately scoped work does not authorize a charge. Scope and any additional price must be agreed before the work is purchased. Any future plan-price change must be disclosed as required and reflected in the billing agreement.
